I have a great background in cakes, custards, sauces, pies, quick breads, cookies, as well as many savory items, as I worked as a line cook for several years. I have and continue to teach baking classes to all types of people from novice bakers to professionals. I enjoy mentoring others in their quest to become a great baker!
