Inspired by the bounty of fresh ingredients naturally available in my local environment, island culture and the experience of sharing passion for flavor. I have dedicated my career to reinventing historical landmarks in the San Jaun Islands. Focussing on locally raised, grown or foraged ingredients. I use Native Lummi, French and Japanese techniques and methodology to prepare a unique menu concept of global fusion cuisine with an emphasis on Northwest polished comfort foods.
