I am trained in classical french cuisine and in all international cuisines as well, through my degree program at Johnson and Wales University in Rhode Island. Over the last 6 years I have gained experience in some of the beast restaurants in the U.S. and the World, and continue to pursue this path. I also hold a certifications as a Certified Specialist of Wine, as well as beer and spirits. I enjoy mostly labour of love like soups, stews, braises, and smoked/cured foods. I also have an extensive nutrition background and am well versed in multiple diets and how to work with them.
