Share your talents, background and expertise.I am trained in classical french cuisine and in all international cuisines as well, through my degree program at Johnson and Wales University in Rhode Island. Over the last 6 years I have gained experience in some of the beast restaurants in the U.S. and the World, and continue to pursue this path. I also hold a certifications as a Certified Specialist of Wine, as well as beer and spirits. I enjoy mostly labour of love like soups, stews, braises, and smoked/cured foods. I also have an extensive nutrition background and am well versed in multiple diets and how to work with them.
