I have experience as a baker, and breakfast maker, as my first restaurant was a bagel shop and bakery. My husband and I currently own what we like to refer to as world influenced American food, although there is a lot of focus on Asian fare. Living in a remote and very cold place can sometimes get a little sad when it comes to fresh and interesting produce...... I have a great knack for making deliciously fresh food, even in the heart of winter! I can answer most questions and have a quick and creative mind when it comes to creating meals. As most chefs, I am obsessed with all things food, and always love to talk about it.
