I grew up in Houston Texas and started cooking at age of 16. I have worked in many luxury properties as Chef de Cuisine including Palace Hotel San Francisco, Dupont Circle hotel Washington D.C., Four Seasons Manele Bay on the Island of Lanai in Hawaii, and now Chatham Bars Inn at Cape Cod.
