Share your talents, background and expertise.I have been cooking since I was a child, but pursued a career in mortgage banking earlier in my life. I love being creative with food, both savory and sweet, and like to try new things. I was the one doing special treats for my kids parties, school parties and organizational events until I finally decided that I wanted to cook professionally. I love cooking, reading about cooking and food, watching movies about food, grocery shopping,researching for recipes...most of all I love being creative with food, whether it is to make a dish healthier, trying new ingredients or a new way of cooking, coming up with revised recipes to eliminate ingredients my clients don't like or are allergic too. I have been a line cook, catered, taught cooking classes and worked as a personal chef, which is my favorite. I love pairing food with wine and beer, as well as cooking with both. I look forward to sharing my passion with you and helping you cook wonderful food too!
