I've worked as a chef up and down the east coast. I was born and raised on cape cod Massachusetts, where I currently reside and own a cafe and crêperie. Being from the cape I obviously have a passion for all seafood most summer afternoons I'm actually on the beach catching my dinner. I am also very passionate about French, Italian, and Latin American cuisine and very well versed in such.
