While in culinary school i worked full time within the industry at local restaurants. I have completed nationally against other industry professionals in ACF events, and participated in dozens of local food festivals, charities, and catering events. I have experience in all cuisines but with specialties in latin, modern American, southern, moroccan/north African, middle eastern, traditional Japanese, modern avante garde techniques, and bread making.
