I have worked in high volume restaurants, catering and volunteered with local food organisations. I have experience, lots of patience and a good sense of humour. I am comfortable with questions and problem solving as I was the volunteer chef at a local farmers market for three years where I cooked on the spot, in front of a crowd, with whatever they gave me. It was like Iron Chef without the back flips. In addition, I taught kids cooking classes for 5 years. I have an extensive knowledge of many cuisines and I enjoy imparting that information to others.
