I have been in the restaurant/service industry for over 20 years, and decided 10 years ago to start my own private chef company in California. Soon, my wife joined the team. We wanted to expand our business and re returned to the midwest to focus on adding catering to our business. We focus on local, seasonal foods and services and work with farmer's who are interested in natural and sustainable farming practices.
