Share your talents, background and expertise.Starting an apprenticeship at age 16 in Windsor, On. Zeke had fully dedicated his life to the culinary industry. Zeke studied at the Canadian Food and Wine Institute, in Niagara-on-the-Lake, graduating at the top of his class, where he also had the opportunity to intern for Food Network Canada shows. At age 21, Zeke wrote and successfully completed the Red Seal of Qualifications test, and decided to move to Toronto, On. During his first year in Toronto he worked on, Donut Showdown, Chopped Canada, Top Chef Canada, and became associate producer of a show called, Four Senses. Fast forwarding to present day, Zeke realized that feeding people and being able to share his knowledge of theory on food and cooking is where his passion lies. Zeke is now working harder than ever consulting small restaurants, assistant managing an organic butcher shop, all while holding the title of Executive Chef de Cuisine at a 50 seater in the heart of Toronto's Queen West.
