I have spent over 30 years in kitchens around the world. I also have a certain expertise in culinary amd restaurant management. I have designed kitchens of all levels from homes to high volume multi million dollar installations. I have cooked at all levels of refinement from quick casual to 5 star dining. I currently own and operate the Spur in Bigfork Montana specializing in turn of the century North West food. I feel that I can answer nearly all questions posed and hope to be a go to chef resource.
