I love working with soups and sauces but I am capable everywhere in the kitchen. My favorite cuisines are french, Mediterranean, Spanish, Italian and Mexican. I have also learned lot about. Japanese and Thai cuisine lately. I spent 2 months in Cannes France eating and studying food there. I have also been in competitive cooking and helped Christy Rost with a food and wine festival as well as her photo shoot for her 2012 cook book. I have two years experience in ice carving and always strive to be a better cook. At my restaurant we do comfort food with a twist. We have also done beer pairing dinners.
