I constantly changed recipes and now every recipe I have I make my own by omitting and adding ingredients of my own when it comes to savory foods. For pastry, skies the limit since I fortunately can have and make all desserts which is what I studied at The Institute of Culinary Education. Creating a new dish or putting my own spin on a decadent dessert is what puts a smile on my face. I have become kind of the MacGyver of food!
