I have worked in the Culinary Industry for the last 10+ years where I have gained knowledge and skill levels of Classical French Cuisine, Italian Cuisine, American and New American Cuisine as well as other cuisines. I am Classically trained in Culinary Arts and practice my skills daily. I work with seasonal dishes which include seasonal vegetables, starches and proteins. I enjoy a wide variety of cooking and learning to cook new dishes.
