My name is Hong, but you can call me Bi. I graduated Hospitality management from Hoa Sen University of Vietnam. My favourite major is all about modernist cuisine, food and science and Modern Western / Vietnamese cuisine. I have nearly 3 years experience in Professional Kitchen. I study culinary art by my self for over 4 years through some famous cookbooks (modernist cuisine, Professional Cooking, Sous Vide, Eleven madison Park cookbook, Elbulli...). I've gannied a scholarship from Rouxbe online cooking school for Basic Culinary art training.
