I am a Le Cordon Bleu trained chef with a lot of diverse experience ranging from Japanese Sushi to American Steakhouse and even patient care experience in hospitals. I have always loved cooking since I was a little boy and love to share my experience with those who want to learn. My dream is to return the favor my chefs handed to me and teach a culinary class of my own.
