Summary

I am a self taught chef, I have been cooking professionally for 17 years. I have catered for rock stars, and worked in 5 star restaurants, but I have found that I enjoy being a personal chef and giving in home private cooking lessons much more. There is creativity and personalization you just can't get in a restaurant line situation. I have not encountered a diet I could not cook for. I have helped people overcome their food fears and phobias, and embrace new techniques and styles of cooking. She cooked the mushroom risotto perfectly, made a wonderful asparagus dish, and cooked the sea bass to perfection. She also baked a glutten free lemon pound cake for desert.
