I was born and raised in Buffalo, NY. Yes all that SNOW!! And if you have ever met anyone else from Buffalo, they will tell you that it is certainly a food lovers town. I got my start in the industry working for my aunt and uncle who owned a little ice cream and hot dog stand out near Lake Erie. I would go out and spend the summers out there working and not realizing I was falling in love with this business. Unlike many others, I do not have a culinary degree. I chose to go to school at Michigan State University to get a degree in Hotel Restaurant Management. I can attest all my culinary skills and knowledge to the companies I have worked for since graduating. I have been active in the industry for the past 10 years now and still love every minute of it it. I guess my specialty if you want to call it that, is to make something out of nothing. To take what ever random ingredients are available and turn them into a fun and tasty meal. I look forward to working with you help answer your culinary needs. Let's Enjoy
