She is currently a chef instructor at Sur la Table in Downtown Summerlin, Las Vegas. She is also in the process of opening her second restaurant with other concepts in the works. Previously, she was the Executive Chef at Whole Foods from 2003-2005; Executive Chef & Culinary Director at Creative Cooking School from 2002 – 2003; Past positions include: bartender, food and cocktail server, bookkeeper, line cook, Chef Tournant, Poissonier Chef, Sous Chef in some of the country's best Mobile 5 Star and AAA 5 Diamond resorts and restaurants. She was the Asst. Food & Beverage Director at a prestigious golf course in Arizona, the Owner/manager of her own catering company in the Hudson Valley of NY, and a partner in her first restaurant right out of high school.
