I've been a cook and a food enthusiast for decades. For the last eight years, I've been a personal chef, cooking in people's homes. My niche has been preparing food for people with food allergies and sensitivities. I love cuisines from all over the world. My supper club has over 20 dedicated food enthusiasts. We meet every eight weeks and cook food from a different country each time. I also teach cooking classes and do team building using a cooking class format.
