Summary

I have been cooking since I as youngun. I've worked in restaurants since I was 14 and never looked back. I've done everything from small bar and grills, to fine dining, to high volime(Lambeau Field), and institutional. Today I teach and am in the farm to school movement in Wisconsin. I'm easy to talk to,and if I don't know the answer, I'll find it!
