Started working in the culinary industry at 13 years old as a busboy in a chinese restaurant i was fanacinated by the whole kitchen and how i loved the food i talked them into teaching me how to cook and that where it all started by the time i was 17 i was fortunate enough to get a summer job at a 4 star Northern Italian Restaurant in the Hamptons for 3 seasons. I opened my first New American restaurant at the age of 21 by 33 had my third decided it was time for a change and moved to CA worked in one of LA's top ten restaurants for 5 years then was offered a position at Upstairs 2 Catering/Events, Then came the Restaurant/Wine Bar we just celebrated our 10th year and most successful one yet
