Cooking or Cheffing as one might say has always been a passion of mine. Always wanting to cook when we have guests and experimenting with different palates - the reaction is priceless. Having apprenticed under European chefs and obtaining a diploma of Sault Ste Marie College Chef school in 1988, I have been taught different and unique methods of preparation of foods.
