I have been a professional Chef for 15 years beginning in the catering business, then owning a restaurant and now catering again. Catering works better with my family of three kids and two dogs. It also allows me to make every meal personal to the person or family I am catering for. My best Cuisine is Northern Italian but I can cook almost all European dishes. I am venturing into Indian cuisine that has a very different use of spices. I love the challenge.
