I am a patisserie and baking alumni graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute, Dallas TX. Since my pastry educations completion I've worked as a head cake designer, fondant artist, and pastry finisher for various leading bakeries in the city. I now successfully run my own business, Loft22 cakes and pastries. It is my life's passion and joy to create and reinvent what a pastry can be.
