Share your talents, background and expertise.I grew up in the restaurant industry watching intently in the kitchen of my grandparents southern diner. I have always had a love of food. So, I attended college in my hometown of Nashville, TN and received a degree in Culinary Science. After graduation, I opened my own catering company. It successfully grew over ten years of weddings, corporate lunches and social gatherings. Wanting to have my own restaurant, I opened Cafe Momaire, a neighborhood cafe and bakery. It was an instant hit. I lived those years but eventually sold both the catering company and cafe in order to focus more time on my family. I scaled down to only catering Wednesday night dinners for a local church, and the occasional wedding or event of a friend or family member.
