Many consider me a Grill Master, to get this reputation you must have been grilling steaks, ribs, chicken, fish for a minimum of 10 years. You must have extensive knowledge of marinades, cooking times, temps and of course flavor profile. Smoking, beer can cooking, grilling of desserts are just a few methods to mention. Being a Canadian Chef i BBQ all year long even in below freezing weather, digging that BBQ out of 10 foot of snow is just another day in the life of a Canadian man or woman who enjoys cooking with the BBQ instead of a stove any day of the year.
