I have both hospitality and culinary arts degrees, passion for the craft, and the desire to help you with your hospitality and culinary questions and needs. I have cooked in many celebrity homes, The Playboy Mansion, Hotel Bel Air, and Hyatt Hotels to name a few. I also taught Culinary arts for The Art Institute including intro to Culinary Arts, American Regional Cuisine, and International Cuisines.
