Born the son of a Sicilian fisherman and raised in the industry, I now have over 25 years of experience as a Corporate and Executive Chef in 4 star restaurant and hotel venues. I was apprenticed at the Mayflower Hotel in Washington DC where I trained and mentioned under Chef Augustino Buggio; the former Chef to the royal family of Monaco. From there I returned back to New York where I served as the Executive Chef for Trump Restaurants in Manhattan; overseing all operations for Trump Tower, The Apprentice, and serving as the personal Chef to the Trump family. I also have extensive experience in exclusive private clubs as well as multi unit restaurant groups. I have appeared on The Apprentice as well as several New York based News and Morning shows.
