I've been a prep cook, a line cook, a kitchen manager, a home cook, and currently I blog about all kinds of food, focusing on clarity of technique and a healthy relationship with food. I also have a background in Biochemistry which gives me a detailed perspective on food, its nutrition and how each individual reacts.
