Share your talents, background and expertise.A classically trained Chef with 25 years of experience. I'm well versed in French, Italian, Asian, Mexican, Cajun, and Global Southern. I love to teach and consider it my duty as Chef to give back by making sure I mentor up and coming Chefs whenever I can. I also teach cooking classes and realize that not everyone has had the training but still wants to be able to make a great meal. Some of my proudest moments are when my staff, friends, or students create their perfect dish.
