I have enjoyed a successful career spanning 25 years in both graphic design and the foodservice industry. 15 of those years have been dedicated to foodservice and restaurants. At 18 years old, I began my career at The Depot Restaurant in Philadelphia, PA as a lunch server. Since then I have excelled in the industry, having worked at a number of dining establishments in various capacities. • || • I have managed foodservice programs grossing over $1B in revenue for the Kroger Company, and have lead a team of Food Product Developers for US Foods, the second largest broadline foodservice distributor in the United States. In those roles, I developed numerous networks in the food manufacturing, supply and foodservice support industries. I have also completed the Court of Master Sommeliers Introductory Course, which provides me the ability to create beverage and food pairings. • || • Currently, I am in the process of developing a restaurant called Pork & Peaches in the Auburn, AL area.
