Then I moved to Portland Oregon. I have been a chef in small restaurants as well as professional sports arenas. I have cooked in bistro's and Micheline starred restaurants. I have also been an instructor for advanced French technique. I love to cook for the sake of making beautiful food as well as teach people how to do the same. I love to watch people find out how easy it is; to see the lightbulb in their heart, in unision with the one in their brain go off. Cooking always calms me down and makes me happy.
