Summary

Worked in, for, and run several kitchens in the St. Louis Area. From 285 room, 2000 capacity banquet hotels, to a la carte dining, I've gained experience and culinary hints from many outstanding chefs in my 15+ years. Now putting together a from scratch, healthy living food truck, set to unveil in early May 2015, I love passing along everything I've been taught. Whether it's to my line cooks, prep staff, sous' or just people who enjoy the culinary world, I get satisfaction from guiding anyone willing to listen and take notes.
