As a natural foods chef, teacher and consultant I've been creating wholesome food for clients and teaching them how-to-do-it for 25+ years. My culinary focus leans heavily in the direction of healthy, yet yummy. I deeply believe and understand that, in most cases, a program must be pleasurable for it to be sustainable. Continuing research, self-experimentation, and discovery bring new information each day that reveal enhanced health and overall well-being, peace, balance and so much more, for myself and my clientele.
