Share your talents, background and expertise.I have a Grand Diplome for Le Cordon Bleu School of Cookery, London, England but I started cooking as a child with my mom. By high school I was already entertaining friends with dinner parties. And in 1989 my husband and I opened our upscale off-premise catering business, Affairs to Remember Catering, in South Florida which was thriving until Hurricane Wilma forced us into early retirement in 2005. Now I teach cooking classes, write a blog, two cookbooks and freelance writing plus I do food photography and styling. I love every aspect of food from growing to serving!
