Besides the satisfaction I receive from someone truly enjoying my cooking, I love working with people and helping them with their cooking questions. I've spent many years traveling and exploring different cuisines in my spare time, so I feel that I bring a broad base of experience to the table. I also have experience in culinary instruction and am always learning something new to hone my skills.
