I spent the first 20+ as a chef, then proceeded into management but always ended up back in the kitchen at some point. I just can't stay out. It's in my blood and food remains one of my deep passion in life. I enjoy everything about food from growing it, producing it, preparing it, cooking it and the final stage of getting to eat it. I have an organic garden where I grow many things from the likes of artichokes, Meyer lemons, carrots, beets, beans, tomatoes, chard, basil, cilantro, potatoes and on and on. I love to have my hands in the soil as I truly believe that's where it all begins. I cook with love and I garden with that same dose of love and the treasure that produces are amazing. I love to share the knowledge I have as I believe knowledge isn't something we take to the grave but share with those who seek it so they can grow too.
