I have worked in many facets from diner to fine dining, start up to take over. Currently I am instrumental in coordinating the culinary program as Executive Chef of Hilton Nashville Downtown. Previously I was the Executive Sous Chef for the Music City Center the cities premier convention center. I have many years of experience reaching financial goals and cultivating a team atmosphere, while producing extraordinary cuisine. In May 2012 I was asked to cook at the James Beard house with the crew from the Hutton Hotel group.
