Share your talents, background and expertise.Growing up in the Scottish Highlands in a small hotel was were it all began! I left the family business to work in a Scottish castle and from there went on to work in and run some of the Michelin kitchens of London. A craving for travel then took me to work in Luxury Chalets in France and also working for HNWI's as their private chef following them around the world to their luxury homes, yachts and private jets. I now live in Spain with my wife and operate a head hunting company for the luxury market.
