I have a culinary degree from one of the best culinary schools in the country and I have a passion for specialty diets. I spent three years working at a specialty grocery store learning the "in's and out's" of diets such as: allergy friendly, vegan, dairy free, fat free, fat free, and vegetarian. Moving from that environment I moved back to senior living where I combined my passions for specialty diets and my love of connecting with seniors. In the senior living environment I continued my education in specialty diets by accommodating puree, "finger-food" and mechanical soft diets.
