I was born in Montecatini Terme, in the hart of the Tuscan hills, just minutes away from Florence. I grew up surrounded by nature and fresh food helping in my father's fruit and vegetables fields, olive groves and vineyards, since my father grew all our family's produce, olive oil and wine. My focus is on simple, healthy and light food with a look on traditions and techniques from my land.
