I learned various aspects of cooking from my father, grandfather, mother and aunts. Currently, I have been with Glenmoor Country Club in Cherry Hills Village, CO for the last 17 years; I started as a pantry line cook and took over as the Executive Chef 11 years ago. My background is Thai and Chinese, and I especially love fusion cuisine. I try to incorporate my heritage as well as other ethnicities onto my daily menu items as much as I can. I believe simplicity is key in cooking technique in order to maintain the integrity of the food.
