After travelling throughout Italy, France and Ireland I discovered a passion for authentic regional Italian cuisine as well as an appreciation for comfort foods. Throughout my culinary journey I have worked in a variety of different kicthens and environments. They include Pubs, Taverns, Gastropubs, Bakeries, Fine Dining restaurants, and high volume restaurants. I am currently overseeing the food program for a growing brand that is in Western Canada (Calgary, Vancouver and Edmonton) with a location set to open in Shanghai in the next year.
