Although pastry, desserts, and cakes are my specialty, I love to cook all kinds of food and have acquired skills working alongside some of the best Executive Chefs for the past 25 years. One of the most rewarding aspects of my career has been passing on my knowledge to others. Whether I'm training a new Pastry Cook, doing live demonstrations, or one on one classes, I love to teach people my craft. At home, I am constantly perfecting the art of BBQ/Smoking meats, vegetables, even spice mixes.
