Its all in the attitude with food, nothing you want to do cannot be done with the right frame of mind. There are no set limits or boundries as long as you remember the guest is always right since they are paying. As long as you stay clean and safe and don't venture out of your skill set you can and will have success. Nobody knows everything, nobody knows nothing, just remember to be open minded and challenge yourself, without being afraid to make a mistake or a few, in my case its how I learned to cook and lead a staff. Remember there are seven roads to Rome, and though each route may be different, each one ends in the same destination.
