Well after culinary school I decided that I wanted to learn food preparation from the people that invented it,meaning, I wanted to learn Mexican food for Mexicans, Jamaican food from Jamaicans, Italian food from Italians etc. After multiple years of traveling from the East Coast to the West Coast and everything in between I acquired a mass amount of culinary knowledge. The beauty about it is it is not my knowledge is knowledge of others that has been passed down to them generation to generation, and I get to bring it to you.
