I've worked from little mom and pop restaurants and huge corporate chains to country clubs and now I'm working in a hotel casino. I haven't seen it all and if I ever stop learning new things about this industry it's time for me to quit. I love cooking, it's my life. Grilling is my favorite method but sautéed dishes are coming up fast and pushing a tight second. Baking is my one true weakness I'll admit but I'm working on that too!!
