Share your talents, background and expertise.Hi, I am Chef Glosson. I started my Culinary path in 2004 when I was 15. I got a job working at a sub sandwich shop. I quickly moved to the grill and started run the line. I got a shift leader position at age 16 and was allowed to closed the store. While in high school I took Culinary Arts classes. My senior year I applied to Johnson and Wales in Charlotte, NC. I attended JWU from 2007 to 2011. I got hire at Winthrop University as a cook in Catering. Moved to a lead cook position. Once I was done with school I got a job managing College of Charlestons second dining hall. Everything in the dining hall was compostable. SUPER Cool! After CofC I worked at Total Wine and More selling alcohol retail. I started to brew beer at home and then applied for a Brewers job at Westbrook Brewing in Mt. Pleasant, SC. Now I teach Culinary Arts at a high school for Charleston County School.
